Following a year-long, multi-stakeholder process of consultation with experts from different fields, UNESCO finally released the Internet Universality Indicators – a framework that will help countries asses their internet environments.The 303 indicators are divided into five categorizes: compliance to human rights (R), Openness (O) and Accessibility A), and involvement of multi stakeholders (M) in internet governance.
