14% of Filipinos Might Lose Their Jobs Due To AI

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) reports that approximately 36% of jobs in the Philippines are highly exposed to artificial intelligence (AI), which could either displace workers or enhance productivity. According to the study, 14% of the total workforce in the Philippines could be replaced by AI, with more women at risk of job displacement due to their higher representation in clerical and service roles.
